April 7 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 8 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 9 - 60 minute lower body workout
April 10 - 45 minute walk, 15 minutes abs
April 11 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 12 - 60 minute upper body workout
April 13 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 14 - 75 minute cardio workout, plus 90 minute lower body workout
