I didn't see a new thread for April exercise yet! My exercise will slow down a little this month just because I'll be gone for a just about a week. I still want to keep it going though......and I hope that all of you join! Come on Chicks!!!

Thanks for starting this month! I was gonna, but I'm shy. My goal is 500 minutes, but hopefully I'll break that!

April 1 - Total Body Sculpt, Gilad 50 min.

April 3 - 120+ mins. mowing my mom's grass, cutting shrubs, bagging
April 4 - 45 mins. cutting my own grass!

I signed up for for the Prevention Marathon Training Program, Yeah! And actually started doing the walks.

Goal: 1200 minutes
total so far: 890

April 1 -50 minutes
April 2 - 35
April 3 - 45
April 4 - 20

April 6 - 60 walking + 20 strength training

April 14 - 10 run/walk, 40 min walk -dang, half way through the month. I should be closer to 600 minutes by now. 470 minutes total

Going for 1000 minutes this month. I'm joining curves here soon.

April 3 - 60 minutes painting my kitchen to disco music! (was actually like 4 hours, but ya know)

I'm in, but no promises for how much. I will try to be consistent until toward the end of the month, then it is up to the doctor to decide what exercise and how much I can do.

Total to Date: - 1295 minutes

April 1 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 2 - 60 minutes - cleaning 2X4s and drywall out of the house
April 3 - 20 minutes - walking dog
April 4 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 5 - 50 minute cardio workout (that darned trip to emegency got in the way)
April 6 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 7 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 8 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 9 - 60 minute lower body workout
April 10 - 45 minute walk, 15 minutes abs
April 11 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 12 - 60 minute upper body workout
April 13 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 14 - 75 minute cardio workout, plus 90 minute lower body workout
April 15 - 75 minute cardio workout
April 16 - 0
April 17 - 60 minute dog walk - 15 minutes walking the dog, 45 minutes carrying the dog (does that count for an upper body workout)
April 18 - 0 (DH's brother came into town and I didn't get the workout in)
April 19 - 80 minute cardio workout
April 20 - 80 minute cardio workout

Does cleaning the house count as exercise Because I sure need to do alot of that! Ok, with Kylee I don't get a whole lot of exercise...or sleep for that matter! SO my goal is going to be small. I'm going for 20-30 min 3 times a week.

Goal: 300 minutes

I am a member of Curves since Aug. 3rd,2004.I am down 22.5 inches from my body,17,5 lbs, and 11.62 body fat lbs.That is 3% of my body fat gone.It is so easy you don't feel like you are working out.It is the inches that disappear here not the weight as you replace fat with muscle.
