Ok Ladies! I know it is not Friday yet but only less than 2 hours and it will be.....lol I have made myself a shopping list separate from the regular list for food that is all my own. I have went through the cabinets again and taken away anything that could be tempting to me. The other night I was wanting something, just anything to eat no matter what. And I was not even hungry but I went into the cabinet. And guess what???? There was nothing in there that was tempting so I just went to bed. But if there were chocolate or cookies or chips anything I would have pigged out Oink Oink!!!! So I am going to do it this week and come in with a great loss that I deserve!!!!!!!!! Keep those spirits high! We are in this together!!!! YOUR TOPS PAL Through it all!!!!!! Penny

Good morning all. I hope everyone has had a great week. I stayed the same this week. I haven't lost in about 3 weeks. Actually, I gained some last week. But, I've been able to find a size smaller in some shorts and wear them. That's probably the first time in 10 years that I've been able to put on an 18. Yeah!!!! I didn't get any walking last week either because of blisters. This week should be much better. I've gotten back to exercising. I rode a bike down the hiway last night and it just about killed my legs. I also started counting calories VERY close. If all that doesn't do it, I don't know what will.

Sorry about the gain. I had a gain also. But I am with you. I am getting back on track after eating horrible today and I am going to come in with a great loss as well.

Sorry about the blisters. You should get different shoes maybe. Glad that they are doing better. I wish I had a bike also. I have one but it is so old and the tires are all dryrot on them so I need a new bike. The only down side about that is that the seat kills my butt. No matter how long you have been riding.
That is great that you are a size smaller. That is a great accomplishment. You should feel proud of yourself for that. I am proud of you for it. It took a lot of work to accomplish that.
