Hello! I'm going to start the Schwarzbein Prin. on Monday and had a few questions. I'm so used to Atkins and South Beach type of eating, trying to make the transition is hard!
First---Dr. S says avoid artificial sweeteners, does this include Splenda?? Since it's more like sugar?? Don't know!
Second---Is Atkins bake mix OK? I have a few good recipes that include it and wondered if it was still OK.
