Hello again, gardenerjoy! Right now, I'm at 237...but a lot of that is a recent unexplained gain, which I can only assume is water retention, since I'm barely eating anything given my current health issues. So, I'm going to say 230 for the end of September, which is only 1lb. lower than my low point in August. Hopefully, I will start feeling a bit better soon and will be able to get back to living a normal life, instead of spending 50% of my day in bed!
Ha! I got a nice drop between my last weigh-in in August and my first weigh-in for September. The one time that it doesn't "count" for a monthly challenge!
Moving pretty quickly, since a fair bit of my August weight was recent water weight gain after being sick. I expect I'll slow down soon. Good luck Joy and Wendy!
No complaints at this end. Even though I'm starting to feel better following my illness last month, I still have very little appetite, which is a good thing from the scale's perspective. Morning Wendy...I'm sure your splurge will disappear quickly. Good luck Joy!
