Arrow September Exercise Challenge

For a lot of us, September is a time for returning to routines that work for us. What patterns do you want to develop around exercise this fall?

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

My goal for September will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

Sept1: 50 min water walking
Sept13: 20 min exercise bike
Sept16: 20 min exercise bike
Sept24: 60 min 5K )warmup, race, cooldown)

I think I missed recording a few days of exercise, but definitely would not have met goal anyway.
Couple of weeks of caregiving...

TOTAL MINUTES: 150
