I am only on week 2 of WW- so the activity points have not been covered. How many activity points would I get for a 30 minute walk, covering 2 miles? Thanks so much!

Need to know your current weight, the intensity that you did it in too other wise it cannot be figured.

However I did find this.

Not sure how accurate this is but it may be of help to those who are doing W/W on their own:

Ok - having said all that - I also found a formula to figure activity points on a website of a man that lost a lot of weight on WW. I don't have the link, but here's the formula if you don't have the slide rule...

Light Activity:
Weight X Minutes X .000232 = Activity Points

Moderate Activity:
Weight X Minutes X .000327 = Activity Points

High Activity:
Weight X Minutes X .0008077 = Activity Points
