I am following the WW program very closely, going to meetings, etc. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem I am and how are you dealing with it.
I am in the 22-27 point range, and almost every day, I use all my points. Yet, this past week, I thought I was going to literally die of starvation. Yesterday was my WI day, and even though I lost 2 lbs, I felt as if I should have lost 50, with the extreme hunger I was feeling.
I know that eating protein is a great help for hunger, and earlier in the week, when I thought I would die from the hunger, I made an omelette for breakfast, and added 2% cheese and 2 links morningstar farm sausage-a great low point breakfast, full of protein. I also had an orange and a glass of skim milk. However, it barely made a dent in my hunger.
Does anyone else have this problem??? HELP!!!
I stayed after my meeting yesterday to speak with my leader, but she was engaged in a conversation with another member and I could not wait.
Thanks for any help!!!

The next time you make your omelette w/cheese & sausage, have 2 slices of light toast with margarine, or if you prefer regular bread, 1 slice. The combination of protein, carbs, & a little fat might stay with you longer. Also, the 0 point soup is my lifesaver. Hope this will help you. Good luck!
