Default first 5 pound star
So, I weighed in Sunday in town. 5 lbs. down. I am not going to weigh in at work tomorrow since I don't have to. So far, mathematically, I'm a textbook end-user of WWPP...losing 1 lb (on average) per week. I'm happy and pleasantly surprised.

Ask me how I feel 6 months to a year from now.

Congrats! I average about a pound per week loss and I'm more then happy with that!

The other day when I was frustrated with my plateau, I calculated how many weeks I have been doing WW and how much I have lost. On average, I am losing 0.83 lbs a week. I'm okay with that!
