Steam or stirfry. Avoid deepfry. Watch rice portions.

Shrimp and mixed veggies, steamed. Get sauce on the side. Maybe oyster, brown or hoison or garlic. Beware of the sauce. If you must have rice, choose brown and limit yourself to a 1/2 or 1 cup.

Fun Fact: Steamed dumplings and fried dumplings have the same points value. Vegetables steamed and not cooked in oil are a good bet to bulk up your meal. Steamed Chicken/shrimp with broccoli, with some brown rice, side sauce is my perfect "chinese" meal. Add some soup to that, (I like egg drop) and you'll be on your way to full. Just mind your tummy. The Chinese restaurant environment stimulates a bulk is better mentality, so ignore the distractions around you and listen to your hunger. Engage in some serious conversation to be more mindful, and take less bites. Save yourself 1 point by choosing brown over white rice. Stay away from orange chicken, the fruit doesn't help. It's doubly-fried. Egg foo young is a decent choice.

Steamed steamed steamed!!! Most restaurants are incredibly helpful if you just tell them you want a really healthy meal so they'll know not to use oil, etc. Steamed veggies with chicken breast and a bit of rice will TOTALLY fall inside your leftover points range.

Plenty =)

Skip sauces. If you need something then use a dash of low sodium soy sauce.

Stick to a half cup of rice. Some restaurants even serve brown rice!

Think steamed And shrimp is an absolutely wonderful source of lean protein.

Thanks guys.. Unfortunately I was gone and didn't get a chance to see these before I left.

I ended up getting crispy duck and pancakes and I had 3 scoops of boiled rice.

I felt full, but not overly full so I'm happy enough! There was sauce with the pancakes but it was in a little dish so I was able to use it sparingly.

I'm happy. I know this next weigh in at WW may not be most pleasing - I'm prepared to see a lapse, but it won't get the better of me.

It was the last meal and night out with friends before we split for college and I really had a nice time.

Happy and positive. Ready to work hard for the next 3 days before my weigh in.

Hope everyone is well. Happy Saturday!

All that matters is you had a great time with friends and that you didn't overly stuff yourself!

Great attitude! Stay positive ^_^
