I am looking for HNS or something similar that I can purchase at walmart or target. I really don't have the money to order from dietdirect at this time. Maybe in a couple of weeks but need to get through til next payday. Anybody use anything that can be purchased from either those two stores?? Thanks bunches!!!

I looked at Wal-Mart, but I wasn't able to find anything comparable - at least, something that tasted good. The whey protein drinks that are chocolate, cookies-'n'-cream, vanilla, and strawberry say they can be mixed with milk or water. Not so much! With milk (which is not on my plan), they're delicious. With water, sooooo nasty.
The fruity flavored protein that can be mixed with water has too much sugar. Unless they've scored some new product within the last few weeks, I don't think Wal-Mart carries what you need.

yu need to look for a 100% whey isolate protein__ READ THE LABLES... there should be ZERO FAT OR CARBS or at least negligable amounts.. so many are packed full of carbs and fat to make it tast good.... it Wont..... LOL Deal with it. you need 17 grams of proteinf to be the eqvivalent of the HNS, so make sure you have a digital food scale.... you can find HUGE tubs of proteing at nutrient supplement stores (NOT GNC) for really cheap. like, 20.00 for a tub the size of your torso (lasts months)

where do you live,...what major city is close? you can fid the stuff online too. I use Dynmatize Iso-100 WHey (strawberry flavored)
