The stabilization menu adds a snack protien group for the afternoon, and adds edamame and quinoa to the starches I think. I saw it when they were talking to me at a recent visit. The snack protiens were 1 oz hard cheese, or 1 egg or 2 whites, or 4oz low fat cottage cheese, or 2 oz of anything in group 3 of your menu. this is a required snack I beleive.
My understanding and I might not be 100% on this since I am going by what was said is that you advance to this and slowly add calories into the diet for 3-6 weeks to prepare you for the increase in calories after the program. It is a lifestyle change remember.
