I'm starting the 30DS tomorrow. Anyone wanna join me? I'm stuck at sorta plateau, but I wanna bust through it & I know this will do it. I'm starting tomorrow, so anyone who wants to join is welcome.

I'm game I did one of the level 1 workouts last Friday and my abs are still sore from it. I wish I had more time to get it in, but I have a work/school schedule that is certifiably insane.

i was gonna start doing it again from tonight. i'm gonna try and to it everyday this time! how about you guys?

Lol thanks Brittany, I needed that! I was like Okay, Level 1, I can do this! Yeah, no. Got through like 30% of the vid without needing to stop and pant every couple of seconds and stare at the tv with wide-eyed disbelief. LMAO

LOL!! I've been there girlie! Staring at the tv like "There's more? What? Is she serious? She can't be serious? No No No I'm half dead, can't feel my limbs, I swear I just saw my life flash before my eyes and there's 20 freaking minutes left on this thing..." Every time, lol.

I'm in a plateau too, boo. I'm game. HOWEVER, lol, my first 5K is on 3/6, so I'll be taking at least a 2 day break (3/5 and 3/6) in my 30 days of shredding. I'll make it up though.

Are we trying to go the 10-10-10? 10 days on level 1, 10 on 2 and 10 on 3, like you're supposed too? LOL.

I'll start tonight... I don't know how long I'm working, though. So, ... it might be at like, midnight, but then I'll sleep and do it again in the morning, .

Here's to breaking plateaus!!!

Yay!! I'm doing 10-10-10. This kicked my arse last time. So, ya just check back in here everyday that you did it. OH! AND TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS!!! That'll be awesome to see how much was lost in 30 days doing this.

Chantelle - You should not feel bad about that. The first time I turned this on 2 years ago, I didn't even make it through the warm up! I was mortified.

Haha my arms are hurting soo bad today...gah! Think I might have to alternate yoga and 30DS on days I don't do my C25K at the gym, because I cant see myself doing it on consecutive nights lol.

So for some reason I got a yen to go walking, and took a 5 mile trip (2.5 there, 2.5 back) to the doggy salon to drop my schnauzer off for grooming... first time I've walked there, sure as **** wish Google warned me the trip back would be UPHILL and into the 22mph wind...ugh!!! I will be trying to do D1 of 30DS later this evening...the will is strong but the body, right now, is very weak LOL.

Hope everyone is doing well!
