I'm in a plateau too, boo. I'm game. HOWEVER, lol, my first 5K is on 3/6, so I'll be taking at least a 2 day break (3/5 and 3/6) in my 30 days of shredding. I'll make it up though.
Are we trying to go the 10-10-10? 10 days on level 1, 10 on 2 and 10 on 3, like you're supposed too? LOL.
I'll start tonight... I don't know how long I'm working, though. So, ... it might be at like, midnight, but then I'll sleep and do it again in the morning,
