I wanna join!!! I always do it once or twice and then lose interest. My weight loss has definitely slowed, and I'm sure I can see a better loss in March if I stick with 30DS. I'm going to start tomorrow - I'm excited!!

Hauled my *** off my desk chair and got D1 done. Woohoo! 5 mile walk + 30DS + clean eating today. Not the way my Fridays usually go!

Glad I clicked on this. I totally misinterpreted the title as asking if anyone played a particular video game called 30DS. I am out of the loop. Haha. But! I am so down. I tried doing the first day of 30DS the other day... I got about 5 minutes in and couldn't handle any more. Mainly I was just discouraged because it took so much out of me. But after letting that experience digest for a few days, I'm ready to try again! This time I'm gonna push myself through the whole thing, even if I have to modify some of the exercises.

I just got this and I am meaning to try it... I am just having an issue getting into a serious exercise routine. My loss so far has been pretty much purely diet with a bit of EA Active for Wii mixed in, but not consistently.

My time is being consumed by a huge paper this weekend along with work, so I should start Monday.

It gets better TRUST me, I'm pretty sure we were all in the same boat once before. That video is brutal when you first start, even after doing it for a while I still need to break at times (probably cause I don't push myself hard enough) but keep going and exactly modify exercises if you have to, you can def do this!

Day 1 Level 1 complete. I'm convinced Jillian was trying to kill me. She starts smiling every time I feel like I'm about to pass out. Anyone else aim for her face during the punching parts? It makes me punch a lot harder

In all seriousness, I'm a big Jillian fan. Just not when she's trying to end my life.

Didn't do 30DS today but did an hour on the treadmill (C25K W1D3 + more light jogging/brisk walking) and some strength training. Tomorrow is my rest day but I might just kick off the morning with D2 of 30DS to keep me on track for the rest of the day. Have a good night ladies!

171.0 today! Down another 1.4 from yesterday. Hoping to see 169 tomorrow & then 167 by Friday. Definitely super sore today.

Day 2 (Level 1) done. A little easier than yesterday, but I still almost died. I gained about 3 pounds after Day 1, which is really frustrating. I'm hoping that is normal when starting a new exercise routine, and hopefully it goes away soon...

2 down, 28 to go!!
