Angry rant!

ok im alittle stressed at the moment just need to vent, everything seems to be getting to me at the moment! dont think the heat is helping grrrr... something happened in the family which has led to me having my baby sister living with me (i love havin her here, love her loads) but my daughter is been a right pain in the ***!.. an we have the new pup who loves to chew everything in site an pee an poop everywhere (when we got her i didnt think we would have to have my sister livin here to).. urgh so at the moment its me looking after 2 toddlers 2 dogs an a rabbit.. parter would rather sit on his backside an play the ps3!.. new thing now is pullin a sicky when i ask for help... i cant even exercise because i just dont hve the time or space.. eating has gone through the roof!.. eating everytthing in site for comfort when stressed... not happy... worse of all is im trying to get me partner fit to but he pulls the line of..."ill start tomorrow.. wanna take away?!"... rant over.. sorry...

OK, you said it yourself. You're stressed at the moment, which means you need to limit the things you're focusing on. Obviously, your child and your baby sister come first. You know that you can't make an adult change his ways--so this is not the time to try to get someone else fit who doesn't really want to. Let it go, and work on the bare minimum of things you absolutely must. And one of those things is you! You need to take care of yourself so that you can take care of the kids--even without his help.

thank you reji, his been saying for months and months he wanted to get fit but pushed it under the carpet, then makes me feel ****ty when ive lost abit of weight an he feelin bad because he has to go up another size, or if im cal counting he sneeks in foods that he knows i cant eat but really want!.. i asked him not to do that but he still does..but the main issues is that he dont help me when i really need it, its up to him if he wants to get fit just dont want him makin me feel bad when i am, u are right tho the kids are the main thing an i need to clear my head an sort myself out for them thanks for the kick up the bum x
