My name is Claire, i'm originally from the UK (Essex to be precise) but am living in Vienna at the moment.
I have finally worked out how to change my scales from kgs to lbs, so I have some perspective on my weight now! Last time I weighed myself was on Monday and I was 70.6kg.
1. My first goal is to get under 154lbs (which is 11 stone right?). I hope to do this in the next few weeks at the latest
2. My second mini goal is under 150lbs
3. My third goal (which I want to achieve by 21st July, when my boyfriend will fly over and visit me in the UK while i'm there) is 10st7 (147)
4. My overall goal is 140lbs - but I'm not that bothered if I get there exactly, just around there.
I don't really like dieting (and have never really tried it - i lost 2 stone once but down to stress and I have put a stone of it back on) so i am just cutting down seriously on the amount of sugar I eat, cut the crap in general (have been so good since Monday, like never before!), and am trying to limit the carbs.
I'm into exercise anyway so I am trying to run 3 x a week and go swimming once. So far I have managed to keep on track and will go running tomorrow and Saturday.
So that's the plan! Any advice would be great

I will post my starting weight in lbs on Monday when I weigh myself again (I expect it to be around 155/156).

ps: has anyone noticed some unpleasant side effects of filling up on salad? - i.e. bad wind. It's awful!
