Well, i did pretty good yesterday. I stayed within my carb allowance but my only exercise was mowing the lawn. I forgot to weigh yesterday, so I did this morning~~still the same at 123#.
How's is everybody else doing?

Yesterday was kinda iffy. Back OP today. Can't quite get the water down this week. I'm retaining water like a sponge, and the scales are being down right mean. The funny thing is that the shorts I bought last weekend are now too big. Not by much, but they are bigger than when I bought them.
Did okay both yesterday and today. Food was OP both days, Exercise was prettu good. I didn't do my Oxycise tape because I was going to do my Oxycise video last night, but I didn't. Water was great too, but I'm falling short in the Pamper Me thing.
