Glad you husband is getting over the shingles. My brother in law had them a few years ago. I didn't go near him because I was prego and didn't want to catch them. But I hear they are not fun for sure.
Sounds like the meds are working for the pup. Thank god right. She will be out of that collar in no time.
I am glad you are getting back on plan today. We always have to start over no matter how many times we fall off. The important thing is that we keep trying. If we keep trying we will succeed. But if we give up we will NEVER make it. So keep going. You know what to do just do it girl. Get back to drinking the water and writing down what you eat EVERYTHING that is.LOL You will do fine tomorrow night at weigh in. Let us all know.

You are truly amazing. I am so glad that the PRD went so great for you. I knew it would be your moment in the highlife. You must have been glowing so brightly they didn't need lights.

We all told you that it was an awesome speech. You are right you will be a KOPS this year and some of us will be on your shirtales with you. It might take longer but we will get there. You have worked so hard to lose that 100 lbs. You deserved the weekend you had. You are famous now. I am sure you inspired everyone in that room. Keep up your hard work.
I am doing a lot better today. I am so happy I stayed on plan all weekend. Then today I finally found the lite wheat hamb rolls in the store today. I grabbed them and guess what? There are 4 g of fiber in each roll and with that they are only 1 pt a pc also. Just like the bread but there is more to the roll. So I had my sandwich with the low sodium turkey and ham with lettuce and tomato on that. I will keep buying them as long as I can find them. There were only 2 pckgs on the shelf and I got one. I hope they are there next time I go and need them. I have heard of them for awhile but could never find them. Got lucky today.
I am not going to walk today. It is snowing, sleeting and raining here for the day and it is only 32 degrees. So it is too nasty for me to be out today. I will walk again tomorrow. I will do the lower body strength training tonight.
My measurments went down this week instead of up like last week. So we will see what kind of a week I have.
