Hi Ladies
Where is everyone. Hope everyone is doing ok. Well did I have a long day yesterday. First went to church. Then when I came home we got ready and took my bike back to Sears. And I was going to get another one. Well they checked didn't have any. So I asked can you order me one. No. Because it is a discontiued item. But we can sell you the one on the floor. At first I thought ok. Then got to looking and a knob was missing. Found that. Then hubby got to looking and it had been taken apart. When we went to check out. This lady that works there. Ask did you find what you wanted. And I said no. Told her had thought about getting the bike on display. She said you dont want that. It has been worked on a couple of times already. So I got my money back. Then we went to KMart. They had a Kathy Ireland bike. And it was cheaper. So I told hubby ok. I get that one. So we brought that one home. Hubby started to put it together. I went to see if I could help him. I got to looking and around the knob were you tighten the tension was cracked and it didn't meet right. So we packed it up and took it right back. They only had 2 of these bikes. The other one someone else had already had had it. Because it was partly put together. So what we did. We just changed the part that was broken. Because we was afraid there may have been missing pieces. So I finally got a bike. I dont like it as well as the one from Sears. But it will do. My Mom said I think you better give up on getting a bike. I was beinging to think she was right. I have to ride it yet today. But I will. Am trying to stay OP today. Didn't do to well this past week. So I figure I will have a gain tomorrow night. We have our Spring Banquet tomorrow night. Hubby is getting over his shingles. And Pup is doing pretty good. Seems to be feeling better today.

To everyone else. I am thinking of you. Hope each and everyone is doing great. I am sure we will have alot of losers this week. So everyone keep up the good work.
Sorry I rambled so much. Didn't mean to write a book.

At least you finally found a bike that is great. Maybe it will grow on you. You never know. At least now you can ride into the sunset.LOL
Glad you husband is getting over the shingles. My brother in law had them a few years ago. I didn't go near him because I was prego and didn't want to catch them. But I hear they are not fun for sure.
Sounds like the meds are working for the pup. Thank god right. She will be out of that collar in no time.
I am glad you are getting back on plan today. We always have to start over no matter how many times we fall off. The important thing is that we keep trying. If we keep trying we will succeed. But if we give up we will NEVER make it. So keep going. You know what to do just do it girl. Get back to drinking the water and writing down what you eat EVERYTHING that is.LOL You will do fine tomorrow night at weigh in. Let us all know.

You are truly amazing. I am so glad that the PRD went so great for you. I knew it would be your moment in the highlife. You must have been glowing so brightly they didn't need lights.:lol: We all told you that it was an awesome speech. You are right you will be a KOPS this year and some of us will be on your shirtales with you. It might take longer but we will get there. You have worked so hard to lose that 100 lbs. You deserved the weekend you had. You are famous now. I am sure you inspired everyone in that room. Keep up your hard work.

I am doing a lot better today. I am so happy I stayed on plan all weekend. Then today I finally found the lite wheat hamb rolls in the store today. I grabbed them and guess what? There are 4 g of fiber in each roll and with that they are only 1 pt a pc also. Just like the bread but there is more to the roll. So I had my sandwich with the low sodium turkey and ham with lettuce and tomato on that. I will keep buying them as long as I can find them. There were only 2 pckgs on the shelf and I got one. I hope they are there next time I go and need them. I have heard of them for awhile but could never find them. Got lucky today.
I am not going to walk today. It is snowing, sleeting and raining here for the day and it is only 32 degrees. So it is too nasty for me to be out today. I will walk again tomorrow. I will do the lower body strength training tonight.
My measurments went down this week instead of up like last week. So we will see what kind of a week I have.

Did you get a BFL packet in the mail? I got mine today. Wendy is going to join the 12 week challange also. Isn't that cool?

How was everyone elses's weekend? Let us know.

Just a quick hello. I am trying to get packed for SRD. Hubby and I are going tomorrow when I get off work.

Nita I will see you in a few days. Don't look for me with short hair. It is longer and curly.
Hope everyone is ok. I am taking my laptop but don't know if I will be able to use it.

I have been very busy this week. I lost 1 1/4 pounds this week! We had great weather for walking outside last week! It's much colder this week but will still do my walking. :D

Congratulations girl on that great loss. I know what you mean. i was out everyday just about last week walking. Then the snow, sleet and rain hit today and I was house bound. I am going to try and get out tomorrow morning if I can. Don't know how cold it will be here. I don't know how far you are from me. I am 1 hour north of albany. Keep up the great work.

I did great today. I did my lower body strength training today only with the abs part of course.LOL Also I was at 21 1/2 pts for the day. That is right where I should be. I am so pumped.

I read over my challange stuff I got in the mail. I won't send in to join their challange. I don't want to take any supplements. I probably won't win anyway. And to me I will be a winner no matter what when I finish the 12 weeks total. 3 days down but not counting. I am doing it one day at a time.
How did you do today? You were going to start the challange today. Are you going to mail in to actually join the challange?
Just sticking to my exercise and eating plan for 12 weeks is a HUGE challange for me and enough to satisfy me when I make it. I am glad that I found that schedule of workouts though. I am using that just like you.
