Hi Everyone! I don't have much time but I wanted to say to CC I have heard of BODY FOR LIFE CHALLENGE. If you do a search for a screen name MsJim I think. She has done it before. I found a copy of the popular book: "Body For Life" by Bill Phillips at our local library's used book sale this weekend! I had a chance to read it and it'sgreat but, I'm goingto stick with my WW program! If anyone would be interested in purchasing it I would sell it for only $10 which is what I paid for it. The book is in great condition and is library bound and protected by aplastic book cover so it's in almost new condition. The librarian told me that they were selling it only because they had multiple copie of the book.

I've read and heard that the program is wonderful so, if anyone is interested, please e mail me at dndoorlagand I'd be happy to answer any additional questions or if you might want topurchase it!

I do have a copy of the book (belongs to my friend but I can borrow it forever)

I am not big on his diet principles,(to The Zone-ish for me) but the workout portion is excellent. I do worry that I won't have the time to follow thru with the whole thing so I have quite a list of Q's for MrsJim. I read thru a few of her posts and she sounds like an awesome lady!
