Default Monday Morning

Good Morning Everyone,

Boy! This daylight savings time takes some getting used to. I really didn't want to get up this morning.
I was afraid to step on the scales after celebrating Jim's Birthday, Saturday and eating too much yesterday, but the scales was kind to me. I didn't gain. I going to try real hard this week. I want to stay in the black on weigh in day. I got in my walk already.

I hope everyone has a good OP day.

Good Morning!!

I am with you Nita, I hope to be back in the black, I have been very good all week so I hope tomorrow the scale reflects that! Plus I am not bloated anymore and I can almost breathe well enough to do a max workout, so things are looking up!

I am thinking of taking a Body for Life challange, has anybody here tried one?

Well, I am scheduled to work and doing volunteer work today, so I must scoot, (you know the drill, change the laundry, tidy up etc..)

But here's to all of us having a most marvelous Monday!

Well weigh in day for me. I should show some kind of loss. I was able to get over 11 miles of gazelle in this week, and my point system, and watching sugar, and carbs has been going good too. I have not wanted to be at work at all today. Brandon has been on my mind, everything ok. I called the daycare. I'm actually looking forward to a root canal on wednesday, to get out of here. Even thought about adding Thursday. But I won't. I'll save it. it's cold here also today, and it's moving slowly.

cc-I hope this is correct. Never heard boby for life challenge. I'm glad your sinus problem is starting to get under control.

Hello all Today has been ok. Got a new perm today. Always hate that smell. Hope everyone is ok. Just stopped by to say hi.

You'll lose next week! I lost 1 and 3/4 pounds this week. This was for four weeks, though. I just got back from vacation.

Congrats on your loss. That is great for the 4 weeks especially since you were on vacation and all.
So where did you go? Did you have a great time? Keep up the great work. You are doing great.

Eleni,

You must feel great getting a new look again. I hate the smells of the perms also.
You are doing great with the exercise this week. You should have a loss this week for sure. Keep up all your hard work. How is the eating going?

You are doing awesome girl. You really have put your all into it this week. You have made some great changes and it will show up on that scale for sure. Let us know how much you lost this week. Because I know you did lose. Keep up the motivation and all your hard work. You are on the right track.

You will have a loss this week. You worked hard all week it will pay off for sure. You are almost there. Don't forget to update the Kops of the year so we can see your progress to see how much closer to goal you are.
What is this Body For Life Challange? I have never heard of it. It sounds very interesting though. I would like to learn more about it. Can you tell me about it?
How is work going? Sounds like you have been very busy between exercise, work, home and volunteering. Where do you get all that energy girl?LOL

That is great that you made it through all that without a gain. Must be you watched what you were doing and didn't go too overboard with things.
I am sure you will have a loss this week. Keep up your walking and stick with your plan writing everything down and you will be fine.
I love this new time. I wish it would stay this way forever. I love having daylight longer. It really makes me feel great.

I did great over the weekend as well. I was up 2 lbs from thursday night and friday. But as of this morning I was back down again. I did end up going to the buffet sunday for lunch/dinner. I only ate breakfast then the buffet. So I think that helped. I got on the scale this morning and I was back down. I lost 1 lb overnight even eating at the buffet. So I was happy with that. I got back on track today.
