Okay - Some say you can eat too much protein. I read in one book that I can eat as much protein as I want as long as I drink plenty of water to flush my system. Any opinions, tips, etc. would be appreciated.
SB recommends 30% of your intake should come from protein. I don't know why some people are saying it should be the result of dividing your weight by 2.2-that would give me nothing. I do 27.5%, but when I started it was 30%, sometimes it's a bit more than that even. I think if you are athletic you need a bit more as well.
