just did 23 min. on treadmill and 30 min. WATP walk and kick and 10 min. strength training.
GROUP TOTAL: 3888+63=3951
But I post multiple times a day as it is helpful for me to come on and post it as a "victory" when I do some exercise. 
It really does help to come here and share your success at the time.

Although I will pat myself on the back for doing 400 minutes of exercise in 6 days at 330ish pounds! 
DH has agreed to go out for a walk later tonight...it'll be nice and cool out then! YAY! Exercising at 90 degrees is NOT fun, LOL!
Wipes you out way faster. Might try to do some calf exercises - get some lower leg toning going on - and some yoga moves later. Anyways, hope everyone is doing well!
