Oh I'm definitely nervous about the wedding, and I'm in the military and currently on an out of town assignment for work, and am working 12-16 hours a day 7 days a week. It's a lot of pressure! I'm very excited to be married to my fiance, but the pressure of arranging it all definitely takes its toll.
To add to that, I've somehow just injured my foot! It's okay lifting weights but cardio will definitely have to be modified because I'm not even going to try running this week. I suppose if nothing else that's one more reason to keep my diet under control because it will be harder to come back from a binge if my workouts aren't up to their usual intensity.
