Thurs: 35 minutes of walking...did a charity walk at work.
Fri: No formal exercise, but I cleaned out the garage and prepped for a yardsale so lots of running up and down stairs and lugging stuff around. I'll count 25 min...good number to even out the last 2 days.
Sat: 120 min at the gym. Good workout! Weights, cardio, abs, stretching.
