Saturday 6/20 through Tuesday 6/30: 240 Walking + 90 Packing/moving boxes down 3 flights of stairs to a car and then unpacking them at a new location (It was way more than that but I'm counting 1/3 or less of the time, but it was exercise! o.0) = 330 Minutes
Personal For Month of June: 1786 + 330 Minutes = 2116
Goal for Month = 1930 Minutes
Beat Goal By 186 Minutes!!

My last for the month -- I was behind earlier, but ended up beating my goal by 30 min! 60 min with my trainer.

6/25 - travel day, no formal exercise
6/26 - 120 min at the gym
6/27 - 45 min cardio
6/28 - 120 min - gym + swimming
6/29 - 30 min - swimming
6/20 - 60 min - cardio/abs/stretching

1955/2000 So close to my 2000 goal. If I would have just been able to squeeze something in on my travel day. Oh well. I'm still proud of what I accomplished for the month!

I got 268350 steps for the month, which sounds good to me...but the daily average is only 8945. Would like to have a month in which I am over 10K every day.
