- Alcohol in moderation (max 1 glass on weekdays, 3 on weekends): no pauses left
- NO junk food: 1 of 3 pauses left
- 30 min of activity/day: 2 of 3 pauses left
The hubby and I had our last date anniversary yesterday before it gets replaced with a wedding anniversary. So in our celebrations we had a few glasses of wine. The good news is that we were still active and didn't eat any junk food! But it means I still had to take a pause day. Hmmmm... I'm going to have to go the next 10 days being realllly good with my alcohol.
Angeline, April_showers, Miriam, Brown eyed Staccie, WELCOME!!!:D

Unwanted, you're doing great as always! Keep it up

Red, you've almost reached 21 days! congrats! then what happens???
Saramommy, I hear you on the Easter treats. Luckily I've been able to get rid of pretty much everything in my house. Wishing willpower your way!
Angeline, You're off to a good start

Miriam, sorry to hear about the not-too-good news. But we're here for you!
Staccie, ah yes, planning. I'm a compulsive list maker... do you think i could possibly remember bringing them with me though? nope!

My, how time flies when you're....when you're doing all the work!
prep, I don't know what I'll do next. I'm doing pretty well all over, well, kind of, but I'd like to hit some new areas, maybe not directly weight or food related, more exercise or even cleaning again. And I may do another round of either apples, or something along those lines, easy to do, yet requiring planning.
Glad to have you with us again. Too bad about the Celiac. I guess that means you'll be cutting out the gluten, right?
Power to you.
How's it going? Don't be shy!

to me!!!!!! I need it
You've put the pressure on with your questions! Hmm, I hadn't thought about it, but I guess I'll have to. I really like the apple challenge but I know that I still won't do it without a challenge. You think I would. I guess I could, but then I may as well do it. I don't know. Let me think about it and mull below.
You've really shown resolve. What's your story?
But, heck, nothing is really lost. That's the spirit, getting right back into it. Good for you!! And look at you on the other two, nearly done and they must have been tough ones. Excellent going!
I quit smoking about 15 years ago and never touched one and the reason I could stop back then is because, as a chain smoker, I was angry that the cigarettes were controlling me. When they start infiltrating my dreams, it's time we parted ways.
