  • Cleaned my house all day (it needed it desperately), but managed to do a 2-mile run. Missed my usual Sunday yoga, though, sadly.
  • 3 mile run today
  • 2 miles in 35 min on the track.
    and someone told me they noticed I was getting skinny! Yipee!
  • so far, 35 min kickboxing

    plan to do 45 more min WATP later (I need a little lower impact today, my legs are still sort of achey)
  • 45 min elliptical, 30 min incline treadmill. felt soooo good to go back after the weekend off

  • I am new to this forum and love the fact that I feel accountable for my workouts...it gives me that extra push!! Thanks to everyone!!

    Saturday 3/24: Ran 3.5 miles in 42 minutes
    Sunday 3/25: Ran 3 miles in 29:46 minutes
    Monday 3/26: Ran 3 miles in 30:02 minutes & Lift Class @ 24 Hour Fitness

    I did 45 min WATP - 1 mile regular walk, 1 mile jog, and 1 mile boost (walk plus strength training).
  • Hi everyone, I'm back from vacation and back on track with exercise.
    Yesterday: 35 mins treadmill, 15 mins elliptical.
    Today: I will do 60 minutes elliptical.

  • Step Aerobics, high impact 30min's
    Step Aerobics, low impact 10 min's
    Warm up and crunches 10 minutes
    Stretching 10 min's
  • 60 minutes elliptical, as promised.
  • 55 on the stairclimber

    Welcome back, baffled!
  • Gym -- chest and triceps
    Run -- 7.25k
    Swim -- 30 mins

    75 min yoga class (substitute instructor who wasn't as good as our normal one, I barely feel right counting this as exercise since it wasn't nearly as much as I usually do.. oh well) and 35 elliptical
  • 3/27: 1 Hour Weight Training at 24 Hour Fitness Lift Class
