Today I'm slightly above my low for the month, from 142.6 to an even 143. Using today's weight, I lost 2.2 pounds this month. Not my 5+ lbs goal, but I'll take it. I'm pretty sure my more intense workouts are slowing down my loss (I've always been prone to retaining water for the first month or two), but they're more than worth it to me. The exercise is a phenomenal stress buster and is helping me slim down. I had to finally ditch a pair of jeans that I bought about 2.5 months ago because they're comically loose on me now.

Congrats, kfunk, I knew you could kill it this month!
