    In July when I started exercising again, it didn't stall my weight. It accelerated it instead. I think that's bc I wasn't doing that much exercise -- just the 10 min BBL routine and riding my bike a few times a week. The weight dropped so beautifully. Ahh July, you were glorious.

    Then at the end of July, I started exercising more -- longer exercise routines, plus they usually include weights. I expected that to stall me/bump me up, because I have a strong history of my body reacting like that to more intense exercise. And tada, it did. In the past, after about 6 weeks things would right themselves. So I'm hoping that happens again, for both me and you! I saw that you're up and that's most likely your muscles retaining water. I know it's annoying but keep up the great work. The scale will start to show it soon.

    Thank you for your encouragement!! It is so hard to trust that the weight will come off, sometimes I feel like I am just going to stay stuck and not be able to lose anymore, but I know that is not likely the case! I just want to be out of the 180's (well, I'm technically back in the 190's now, but I am not counting the little gain lol)

    Went from back to where I was at the beginning of the month to down 3 pounds basically in one day... lol. This is basically just proof to me that my work schedule is messing up my weight loss journey. So I may be having a conversation with my boss about not working at 4am anymore.

  • I weighed today. I'm the exact same weight as I was when I last weighed one week ago. I'm actually relieved bc I feel heavier than I did last week. Bathroom and female issues. The former have become my norm. Anyway, I took it as a good sign that I'm the same bc since I feel noticeably heavier, I must have lost some fat that's helping the weight stay the same even though those other issues are adding bulk , so to speak.
