YES. I know your frustration!
In July when I started exercising again, it didn't stall my weight. It accelerated it instead. I think that's bc I wasn't doing that much exercise -- just the 10 min BBL routine and riding my bike a few times a week. The weight dropped so beautifully. Ahh July, you were glorious.
Then at the end of July, I started exercising more -- longer exercise routines, plus they usually include weights. I expected that to stall me/bump me up, because I have a strong history of my body reacting like that to more intense exercise. And tada, it did.

In the past, after about 6 weeks things would right themselves. So I'm hoping that happens again, for both me and you!

I saw that you're up and that's most likely your muscles retaining water. I know it's annoying

but keep up the great work.

The scale will start to show it soon.
