Its beautiful here today so I'll be going for a run soon after my lunch has digested a little more. I hate running when I have just eaten... not a good combo.
Anyway, I have restarted weigh training. I think I'll do 4 days a week with an option for 3 if my schedule gets too busy (Legs, chest &tri & abs, back and Bis, and shoulders and abs <I'll combine the back and bis with this one if I get too busy>). I did my legs today, so I will probably be sore demain, but whatever, I am really happy about being able to get back to the gym now.

and I found the time excruciatingly long on there , who wouda thunk that I would enjoy ouside more now, someone had warned me of this phenom a while back... I'm constantly suprising myself with this running thing......
