Mary, I once tried a Frappe mix from Costco and I didn’t like it. Given my food allergies, I rarely buy mixes of anything. I use raw (unprocessed) ingredients so I don’t get soy/peanut allergens, even by cross-contamination.
Carol Sue,
at not trying mochas so you don’t have to give them up. I despise straight coffee or espresso. BTW, I thought of you this afternoon. I nearly went bonkers over my CF Diet Pepsi. I went to the store at lunch to buy a 2 liter bottle, I wanted soda so bad. I think I drank at least 1 liter of it. Heck, I could have another one if it wasn’t getting toward bedtime (I hate getting up at night to pee).I went over my calories. I will end the day at 1750. I’m okay with it because I’m quite sure I was still in the deficit because I also went bonkers over my new PS3 dance game (that Amazon nicely sent me so quickly). I danced for 90 minutes straight. I had a blast and love the new game more than the other one I thought was fabulous. What fun! I also doggie hiked at the crack of dawn this morning. It’s been a week since that obnoxious alarm went off at 4:45 am to take the pups out. DH had yesterday off so I had one day extra to not get up. I can tell the days are getting shorter. In about 3 weeks I’ll need my headlamp for the walks. Boo…

So not exactly the way you're supposed to do it! But I quickly realized what I needed to know, and to my surprised realized I was feeling very full and had only eaten 1/3 of the bag and only got a little over 80 calories. So I put away the bag and didn't eat anymore without problem! So this exercise really does work.
Mary about following the book's advice to explore your feelings why you want to eat while munching on the popcorn. That is so what I'd be doing!!!!! Good job on your cals and carbs.
I have my friend's ten and twelve year old until Sunday morning and eating is a fun pastime with kids. See Marie rationalize...
I am very fond of my bro lol.
