I just found this site and think its great! I am almost through my second week on Ideal Protein and I am doing pretty good. I lost 7lbs. my first week and I get weighed tomorrow. I am nervous ...I cheated on Saturday night

I ate 2 restricted proteins in a day and ate a granola bar. I was weak after watching everyone eat dessert so I ate the choco. soy puffs thinking that would be better than the dessert and it worked until late in the night my tummy was growling and I ate a granola bar. I was so upset the next morning! Now I am afraid I blew my whole week! I am back on track now and am determind not to be derailed. Well had to vent feel better! I love the dancing carrot so I am adding him and calling him Clyde. Im crazy!
