I ran the full 5K today!! I walked three minutes toward the end and it took me 44 minutes to complete, but I did it!
Now I can work on speed, and I'm ok with that. I have the endurance and I really surprised myself.

So, I kinda fell off the wagon with running. I just haven't felt like running. I had a week where I just didn't feel like exercising, so I didn't, but the next week I started right back up like it was nothing. This time, I STILL don't want to. It's been a week and a half. Last week I only ran 2.3 miles (kinda fast too, but that was IT.) I was active though, did some STing and playing disc golf and walked, but no long runs. I don't know what happened. I'm actually a little scared... I don't know where my motivation went.
This hasn't really happened to me before, and I'm not sure how to deal with it. My eating has been a little out of whack too. Luckily, I haven't gained any weight back (I don't think....)
Perhaps you ladies could give me a kick in the pants or something... I really need some support right now. =\
