Hey runners - just found this thread and thought I'd chime in. I started running in 2005, then trained for and ran a Half in 2008. I quit running for a while during a "restricted activity" pregnancy (baby #4 born May 2009) and have been back at it now this last 6mo.
I was pretty excited to run my first 5 miler in a long time on Sunday. I'm doing about 10 or so miles a week right now, working my way up.
