55 on the elliptical. My knee is achey.

I took a rest day yesterday. My back was acting up.
Today's workout:
Turbo Jam Kickin Core-fun! Chalene's cueing was better in this one, and the pace was less frantic
Yoga Zone-Yoga for a Strong and Healthy Back
I may do some stretching later.

yesterday, 30 min walk, 1.5 miles on the track at the high school i work in during planning.
Today, 35 min walk, 2 miles.
No cardio today...traded that time for a fabulous (though calorically ridiculous, i'm sure) date night with my partner. It was one of the most amazing meals of my life. Literally.

Let's see, today I did:
20 minutes Shrub trimming. (LOL)
5 minute warm up
50 minutes Step aerobics
5 minutes stretching
5 minutes or so on abs and legs.
Sunday - 50 min mixed cardio (30 elliptical, 10 recumbent, 10 stairclimber)
1 hour run, 8.25k
30 min swim
Sunday:
Cathe Friedrich-Push/Pull dvd 45 minutes
may do some yoga later, but I think I'm too tired!
