    I took a rest day yesterday. My back was acting up.

    Today's workout:

    Turbo Jam Kickin Core-fun! Chalene's cueing was better in this one, and the pace was less frantic

    Yoga Zone-Yoga for a Strong and Healthy Back

    I may do some stretching later.

  • I'm having a day of rest. I seem to be having some minor shin splint isues, so I am icing and resting today. The bf is doing some yard work tomorrow, so I will take that time to get some cardio in. I liked someones advice on here to not have 2 day's in a row(or more) of rest. Maybe this way it won't be so hard getting back in the groove.
  • yesterday, 30 min walk, 1.5 miles on the track at the high school i work in during planning.
    Today, 35 min walk, 2 miles.
  • 55 min UB/abs
  • 8k run 55 minutes..
  • No cardio today...traded that time for a fabulous (though calorically ridiculous, i'm sure) date night with my partner. It was one of the most amazing meals of my life. Literally.

  • Let's see, today I did:

    20 minutes Shrub trimming. (LOL)
    5 minute warm up
    50 minutes Step aerobics
    5 minutes stretching
    5 minutes or so on abs and legs.
  • Sunday - 50 min mixed cardio (30 elliptical, 10 recumbent, 10 stairclimber)

  • Sunday:

    Cathe Friedrich-Push/Pull dvd 45 minutes

    may do some yoga later, but I think I'm too tired!
