Good Morning Ladies,

I had such a good day yesterday! And I am feeling so well - like nothing was ever wrong - just cannot shake the feeling of being tired, but otherwise I am fine. I went back to my Curves class for the first time in two weeks and got weighed in and measured again and lost another 3 pounds and 10 inches! Ya-hoo... It really made my day because I was expecting some weight gain because I had not been exercising or really watching my diet (just sick). It really felt good getting back to classes. I am trying to get back on track as far as my eating habits go. I have enjoyed the peanut butter cups from Halloween a bit too much the last few days. Shame on me... Just the smell alone sets me to opening a pkg. up Don't feel bad, but the weight will go back on if I am not careful.

Guess what!? Joe & I went to go visit my great niece (& family) on Sunday afternoon What a doll she is! The warmth of her little body and that sweet smell and the ultimate peace on her little face - so awesome! We had a lovely Sunday afternoon visit with them. We brought over a fresh pumpkin pie for mom & dad and a sticker book for sister, Sierra, and baby clothes for baby Mikala Rose.

*****************
Hey there ANGEL ~ I really liked your Halloween graphics - so cute! I so enjoyed the kids coming by in costume, just wish we had a few more! Only 9 children came I enjoyed your bit about the women also - funny!

So glad that your DSIL wasn't on that chopper!!! Such a sad thing to happen... my heart goes out to those who have lost. Wish this war was over already.

Hello WILLOW ~ You got some snow, huh. So strange this weather... we are having another 70* day today and then we are to begin seeing some temp. drops as of tomorrow afternoon. We went up to 72* yesterday and today they are calling for 77* and they are calling for snow this weekend! Strange! The saying here in Cleveland is, "if you don't like the weather now - just wait a minute" ~ it changes so quickly here because of Lake Erie.

WooHoo!!!!!! You lost 9 lbs!!! I am so happy for you. I still have 50 lbs to go to be where I want to be. When I got weighed and measured yesterday Sue also did my height (which had not been done) and I thought I was 5'6" - NOT! - I'm 5'5" and that makes a bit of a difference with numbers, but I still think that if I could reach 145 to 150 it would be a good weight for me. Awww the thought of ultimate Joy to have all this weight off me. I am so very happy for you! Yes, I take two fiber tablets a day - it does help to trap the fat in your foods and also helps me with my intestinal health. Yep - I do the SBD most days When I am watching like I should be. And yes, the amount of food is great because you are eating allot of veggies that fill you. I must say - you have given me the 'want to' in going back and behaving myself. My tummy went flat right away too in Phase 1 of SBD.

Willow what are you having done at MAYO in Dec?? Are you okay?

Hey PUSS ~ I am sorry about your kitty... was he or she ill before? How old is your kitty? It is so hard on everyone when they are ill. I remember when my 'Tang' kitty became ill with kidney failure (he was only 7 yrs old), he stopped eating and that was so very unusual for him. He was a big eater! Anyway, he eventually died with his illness... I still miss my big guy very much! I hope yours gets better real soon!!! My thoughts are with you! (((hugs)))

Did you get all the laundry done??? Love how they kids always bring home the laundry - the boys do that at my DSIL's too. She has 5 boys! All grown and she still does their laundry for them. And you are not the only one that still irons - I DO TOO!!! I like the way they look and last when you press them. Mostly my hubby's shirts for church, but I still iron So you are not alone there.

You are a tiny little lady at 5' 3" PUSS My niece (who just had her baby) is only 5' 3" - and so adorable!!!!! I bet you are too!!!!

Hi SHEILA ~ Yes, I did lose 3 lbs while being ill... not to keep it off and continue to get more off me. Moderation is not easy for me either - believe you, me!!! When I want to lose weight and stay well if I keep in mind "all the time" how ill I become I do very well. But as I said - sometimes I forget myself and just don't care. But I must care or I will land in the hospital next time! I am sure of it after this last bout I had. Each time it gets worse. So I must try to keep my head about me when I have meals or snacks. When I stayed on the South Beach Diet ( SBD ) - I felt my best! The first Phase is the hardest and when you might get a headache or feel real tired (cleansing your body), but Phase 2 is someplace I wouldn't mind staying in - and am trying to get back into before the holidays begin. I felt my best there.

I have found myself popping over to that show "Extreme Makeovers" and sometimes on the "Wayne Brady Show" he has the people on the day or two after their make-overs... what a difference! I would think you would have mixed feelings, cuz they don't look like themselves at all. I would love to have my eyes worked on - my lids are falling and they interfere with my vision... especially on my right eye. It has gotten real bad in the last year.

Quote:
Okay, I'll quit complaining. I'd ask for a little cheese with my whine, but it would have to be fat-free and I'm not wild about fat-free cheese.
You are just too funny ! May I join you?

Hey there BLUET ~ That's a sweet story about your granddaughter - so far Sierra has not shown any jealousy with her new baby sister, Mikala... she is a big help to mommy and loves it. She was begging her mommy for a baby sister. Too cute. But I do recall my sister, who is a middle child, having the 'green-eyed monster' in her. And still does to this day... always looking to see what the others have. I must say that she isn't nearly as bad as she use to be now that she has a better relationship with my parents. I am happy for that.

Thank-you so much for the sweet and kind words... I try real hard to keep my head up and not bring anyone else down because of what I go through in life. I am so very Blessed to have a good husband and three beautiful cats to bring me comfort and laughs. Not to mention my hubby's huge family - they have accepted me as one of their own. I must say that during "Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter" I so miss my family!! I live in OHIO and they live in MAINE... I call often, but still miss the hugs and smells and the comfort of home & my parents --- mostly my mother... she & I are great pals! My mother turned 66 on Halloween... she is so precious.

***************************

Well, I feel like I have been on all morning already --- whew! I must be getting my day going - have tons to do today. I still have a few pots to empty outdoors before the winter temps hit here and some plants to cut down. It will be way too nice to be inside all day. And tonight my hubby and I have practice with our church group. We sing on Sunday's at church - our group is called "Gift of Song" and there are only 5 of us, but we do alright. My Joe is the one with the great voice (Italian tenor).

You all have a Wonderful Day!!!
(((Hugs)))

SunnyD and Willow - you big losers!! Total of 12lbs between you, imagine that in packets of butter! Well done you two. Willow, you will be leaving an oil slick in the pool at this rate, lady, you will look like a mermaid in the water. I am hoping that your appointment at the Mayo in December is better than good and feel it in my bones that it will be. SunnyD well done on the 3lbs, it's not easy for you with your health problems but you did it! Baby Mikala Rose is so beautiful, I really can't wait to be a grandma one day. I too would like my eyes done at plastic surgery but the thought of anaesthetic risk for cosmetic reasons frightens me. Angel, poor you getting the blame for your sister's fall. I was also 4 when brother came along and although I don't remember it I know I was jealous of him for years later, he escaped all the chores and the punishments. We are best of friends since we became adults. I would love a pedicure too, my feet are quite good-looking actually and I think if Miss World was judged on feet then I would have been a contender. It's all because I was born with congenital dislocation of the hip and had to wear specially measured and built-up shoes for the first 14 years of my life so I have long straight toes and no umps or bumps. The nails are barrel shaped though like my finger nails (domed) so the big toe nail curves in like an ingrowing toe nail and gives me a twinge when it needs hacking! I was told they were not ingrowing but the shape. SunnyD, my cat is 9 1/2 and was diagnosed with renal failure about 8 weeks ago and not expected to live the week by the vet. The ladies with faith here all prayed for him and the turnaround was amazing - even the vet was stunned. He has been fine on medication since then but now although he is drinking he has lost interest in food, even his fish. He would wake from a coma if I even whispered the word 'fish' before. All I can do is keep a check on him and take him back to the vet if I see him getting thinner or any signs of discomfort. Well, Willow, I am off to get my swimming gear ready for tomorrow too. It will be exhausting for me tomorrow because I have the aerobics class in the evening too - the two activities couldn't be avoided because I won't be at work to swim on Friday. One things for sure, I will sleep well tomorrow night! Regards to Sheila, Bluet and Jacqui ....

Hey there PUSS ~ That's what my kitty had too - the kidney's failed to function... I am so sorry. Maybe he will perk up again, it has been known to happen and it has for you once already. I too will hold him in my prayers - I believe the Lord has a special place in His heart for our pets.

As far as the cosmetic surgery - I would ONLY do it if I had to for my sight, you see... the sagging lid is interfering with my eye-sight and sometimes it hurts so bad at night when I am tired and it's hard to see. The thought of surgery frightens me as well or I would have gone into the hospital a long time ago for this bad gut of mine. As good as the hospitals & Dr's are today --- it is still very scary! I have been under four times already in my lifetime and not by my choosing. Just has to share that with you

So glad you didn't mind me posting the pictures and boasting a bit more... she is so precious. I cannot wait for you to experience being a grandmother either - I am like that to these children being born now... such a wonderful feeling.

Hope you have a peaceful evening and a great day tomorrow.
My thoughts and prayers for you and your kitty.
Always,

What a beautiful, sweet baby! I absolutely love those photos of her. You just want to kiss those sweet baby cheeks, don't you?

Bluet, that's so nice of you to watch the older child so the Mom can get some much-needed rest. Remembering back when I had kids, I would have loved to have someone do that for me.

Congrats to both SunnyD and Willow on their fabulous weight loss! Willow, that's amazing that you can lose 9 lbs. just by changing a few things, like not eating that white stuff.

So, Charlotte, how do you feel about your sister now? I'm the youngest so I don't know how it feels to be usurped. I'll have to ask my sister how she felt about me. Eight years to grow her teeth back. Poor kid--and poor you for getting into trouble for something you didn't do. That probably made everything a whole lot worse!

SunnyD, I know someone whose insurance paid for the eye surgery because she had the same problem as you. It wasn't considered cosmetic surgery, but medically necessary. Now, that didn't change what they did as far as the surgery went, but at least the insurance paid for it.

Well, Puss, when I see you in September, you'll have to take off your shoes and show me your fabulous feet! I'm so sorry about your cat. I hope that he'll get his second, actually third, wind and starts to feel better. You've gotten a lot more time with him than what your vet said, and I bet you're really thankful for that, but as a pet owner, I know that you want more as long as it's quality time.

Oh, my gosh, what did I miss? You're going to aerobics, too! And swimming and aerobics both in the same day. I can hardly believe what I'm reading. You really, really do want to look like Elizabeth Hurley! Pretty soon you'll be telling us that you're pumping iron and going to enter an Ironwoman Triathalon. . .

I talked to my son yesterday. He's so proud of his daughter because she's doing so well in preschool. She's now making choices between three toys and is learning to sign "more" when she doesn't want people to stop doing stuff. I'd asked how they taught that sign because she doesn't eat food by mouth, which would seem the logical way to teach "more," so I learned that they play with her, then quit playing with her until she signs "more" or he'll kiss her (she always laughs when he smooches on her) and then stop until she signs "more." She's also learning to help them get her dressed in the morning. I guess they put her shirt partway on, and then she has to put her arms up for them to get it on the rest of the way, and same with pants. The teachers have never worked with a Trisomy 18 kid, only Trisomy 21 (which is Down Syndrome), so it's exciting for them to see what she can do. I'm really looking forward to seeing her in December and seeing the progress she's making.

Not much going on with me. I took my dogs to the groomer this morning. I always feel so bad taking them there because they get so excited to ride in the car, then they end up at the groomers instead of the beach or the woods for a hike. Since they're getting groomed, I went and got my haircut after my massage. Boy, that makes me sound pampered, doesn't it? My hair person lives with the massage person so I can get both things done one right after the other. Works out very well for me since I don't like to drive.

Jacquie and Sue--where are you??

Hope everyone is having a terrific Tuesday. It's cold here, but sunny with lots of blue sky.

Hi!

I just came inside from finishing up with the yard work... now we are all set for winter - well, as far as the outdoors goes, don't know about mentally I got all my pots emptied and put away and Joe is out still blowing the leaves. Can you believe that it is still 75* out and its almost 6:00! Beautiful! Such a nice day today.

*******************

SHELIA ~ Thanx! I just love to take pictures and she is so photogenic. And that's good information to know if I need to have eyelid surgery done. I will remember that!!

I remember taking punishment for my siblings also. Especially one time when my brother, who is 14 months younger then I, got into the sink and thought it was so cool to hold his hand to the faucet and see how it sprayed the whole bathroom... I came in and fell on the slippery floor and began to cry - my mother came in running and saw the mess asked who did it and I wouldn't rat on him and he didn't fess up so we both had to kneel in the corner for what seemed like hours! I guess it's part of being the oldest

I too watched my DSIL's & DBIL's children while they vacationed... I did it for many years while the children were small. She & hubby would go twice a year for 7 to 10 days and Joe & I would move in and I would take care of her 5 boys and their home and their pets as if they were mine (plus run over to care for my home & pets). I didn't mind because I knew that they would be coming home, but boy was it ever exhausting! Their second child is Down's and is 27 years old today. I had forgotten I had done that till I read your post

Well, our practice was cancelled tonight, it was so nice outdoors everyone wanted to get their yardwork finished up. I am glad really, cuz then we got ours done as well.

I was feeling a bit blue this afternoon - don't know why, but now that Joe is home I am doing so much better. It just comes over me sometimes. I think I just get lonely.

Sheila, I hope that when you and Puss meet you will get tons of pictures you can post for us to see If you don't know how to post them, I will give you my e-mail and you can e-mail me the pictures and I'll post them for you. That would be so cool to see you two together.

Well, it sounds as if my hubby is ready to come in for dinner.
Later...

Default JEESH! YOU'VE BEEN BUSY!!

Hi everybody!

I got up at the same time this morning and rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes.

My day went pretty well, but this evening I feel really tired.
And when I get tired or too comfy or bored, I start thinking of food. What's with that??? I must have a weird brain, I guess. Anyway, it's now 8:30 at night and I just ate a couple smoked sausage sticks. Better than sugar, I guess.

I stopped after work to see if I could find a pair of flip-flops, and Shopko had 4 pair left, one of which fit me. I was surprised they had any left at all. They were marked down to $1.27. So, now I'm ready to go to the pool. Got my bag all packed. I was going to go after supper, but, I got lazy, then remembered a few things I needed to do around here, like shutting off the water in the basement that goes to the outdoor faucet and disconnecting the hose and draining it.
I also just put a crock pot of chicken vegetable soup on, so my supper for tomorrow will be done.
I'll just take along a snack to have between work and the pool and go straight from work to swim.

Still haven't eaten any white foods.
Had poached eggs and lean ham for breakfast, tuna salad rolled up in romaine lettuce leaves for lunch and shrimp and veggie stirfry for supper. Had a dessert too, ... the ricotta, splenda, vanilla and peanutbutter. Sure hit the spot!

Sunny, it will be a long time till my tummy gets flat. In fact, I'm sure it never will.
I have to go to Mayo because I had 2 surgeries in June of 2000 for a rare cancer in my arm, and I have to go back every 3 to 6 months for MRI's of the arm and CT scans of the lungs because, IF it metastasizes, it usually goes to the lungs first. The last time I was there, in Sept. they found a lesion in my right lung, so, I have to go back now to see if it has grown or not. I pray that it's gone, but, ... I don't think so.

My sister too had surgery to lift the eyelids. She said that the Dr noticed that she kept raising her eyebrows to keep her eyes open enough to see, so he said she needed it done and there was no arguement from the insurance company at all. She said it's a piece of cake to have done.

Ladies, I am just beat tonight, and I need to get to bed so I'm not going to make individual replies tonight.

Hello to all of you and I hope you're having a wonderful evening.

More tomorrow.

Morning WILLOW ~ You aren't alone with the bore-dome eating... I do it too! That's why I keep foods that are good for me cut up and ready in the ref - just for that (like: celery and lite cream cheese, carrots, seedless cukes & cream cheese & deviled eggs). And I think that you are at least eating foods that are part of the SBD. You are being wiser about you choices. Boy, sounds like you had quite a day yesterday too. Your meals sound great!!! Don't you just love the ricotta desserts!!!! I have about 7 different flavorings to add to it when I mix it with the spenda... so good! And good for you!

I got my workout at Curves in this morning - boy, did I ever miss going! It really feels good to get back

Make sure you come back and fill us in on your big day at the pool! Sounds so good for you, I am so very happy for you !!!

Willow, I am sorry... I had no idea you had cancer I will hold you in my prayers that that lesion will be gone when they check it. I bet that the exercise will help you, no? I pray for good news at your next visit - when is it??

Thanks for the encouragement on the eyelids... I have a good Dr for that type of surgery - she took a mole off my back a few years ago and I really liked her. So maybe I will get in touch with her after the holiday's about my eyes (mostly my right eye).

Take Care now Willow...

Default I feel soooo relaxed, ...

I spent 2 and 1/2 hours in the pool today. It was just wonderful! I had a hard time sleeping last night, and about 4:30, I decided I wasn't in any mood to go to work, so I called in and took the day off.
I went back to bed and watched TV for a while and fell back alseep and slept till almost 8:30.

Of course my chicken vegetable soup was done by then and the whole house smelled of it, so I had a big mug of it for breakfast. I had put some thyme and a little bit of dried rosemary in it and it gave it such a good flavor.

I had a big ham and veggie omelet with FF cheese for lunch, then I went to the pool. It was so quiet there! When I first got there, there was only one older woman there, using the hot tub, and just as she left another lady, probably in her 60's came in and spent about an hour in the pool, then used the hot tub. After 2 1/2 hours, I figured I better get out of the pool.
Just as I got out and went into the hot tub, 2 more women, both younger and just as overweight as I am, came in to get in the pool. Then, while I was showering, 2 more younger women, thin ones too, came in to use the pool. So, it wasn't real busy, and I felt so comfortable because they ALL said they use the pool for exercise to either lose weight, keep weight off, or in the case of one older lady, for her arthritis.
I think it got busier around 5 PM because some of those arrivals had just gotten off work.
If I can, I'm going to try to get there every day it's available.

Tomorrow I'm taking my CPAP in to get the pressure adjusted lower and he's going to check out the mask to see why it's leaking air, besides the fact that the air pressure is too high. I think maybe the mask is too big.
Anyway, as soon as he's done with that, I'm heading for the pool.

When I got home from the pool, I had a big mug of soup and a cup of green tea for supper. Now I'm all set for tomorrow.

My muscles feel like they've been used, but they feel relaxed too. Those jets in the hot tub pounding on my back felt soooo good.

I've heard this before, years ago when I was still in school, a home economics teacher told us in foods class that you should eat meals the size of your fist. She said that's the size of your stomach, and that's all you should eat at one time. Of course, we thought she was kind of neurotic anyway, so we joked about it amongst ourselves, and I suppose that's why we remember it today.
Anyway, today I read that very same thing, and do you know, I can't remember where. I think it might have been in a back issue of the Skinny Daily Post.
Anyway, I'm going to try to keep that in mind when I'm eating. My meals have been more like the size of my foot!!

What a beautiful kitty!

Sunny, what are the 7 flavors you use for your Ricotta desserts? I sometimes use just the Splenda and vanilla, and sometimes cinnamon, and the peanutbutter, but that's about it. I suppose any food flavoring would work though.

Good job on going back to Curves. I used to go but withdrew my membership until later. They were very good about it.

My next appointments at Mayo are December 3rd and 4th.

Boy! Has this place been quiet today! Where has everyone been Sunny? Looks like it's just you and I!

Puss, are ya still swimming? How are those exercise classes going?

Hi Sheila, Bluet, Jacquie, Charlotte and Sue and everyone else reading this. Hope you're all having a good evening.

What a handsome boy, SunnyD! My big guy flirts with me, too. And the handyman, and the realtor, and the refrigerator repair person, and the police officer who came to take a report--the cat has no shame!

What a nice auntie you are. I got my sister to watch my daughter for a week when we went back to Florida to clean out my MILs house after she died. That was the extent of her watching any of my children while they were growing up--and that was only one kid. I would have preferred an aunt like you! I hope they are properly grateful. I babysat 5 boys (ages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5--what were their parents thinking?) when I was a kid, and would only suffer through that for money.

So glad you're still on the no white food kick, Willow. It seems to be working well for you. I wonder, though, if your tiredness has anything to do with withdrawal?

I'm also praying that when you go back to Mayo next time that you'll get some good news.

Yum, chicken vegetable soup--I can almost smell it!

No letter from DD today. I was ever so hopeful, but tried not to be too down about not getting anything. I just keep on writing.

Today was my pincushion day. This time I lay on my right side and she stuck needles in my neck and shoulder, and after she took them out she did something called cupping. While I was lying on the table with the needles in me, I had no pain at all. I wished I could have stayed there forever. Also felt okay when I sat up, and the cupping was kind of interesting. I bet I'll have a lot of broken blood vessels, though.

Got a sad e-mail from my cousin who lives close to me. Her sister, who has been in and out of mental hospitals most of her adult life, is dying from ovarian cancer that has spread to her stomach and liver. The doctors won't operate or do radiation or chemo to shrink the large tumor in her stomach that is pressing on a major artery. We're all wondering if that's because my cousin is on Medicaid. My cousin who lives near us is looking into have her sister fly out here to die so at least she'll be around some family. Isn't that a horrible thing to have to arrange? My sick cousin is about 45 or 46, I think. If you can spare a prayer for both my cousins, I'd appreciate it.

Well, on that sad note, I guess I'll go make dinner.

Hi all!

It is nice to have my computer up and running again. I still had a frew problems to get sorted out after the hard drive was installed but everything appears to be working fine now.

I have been very busy getting caught up on all the posts, its amazing how much you miss in 2 weeks.

Last Tuesday we had freezing rain all day and by Wednesday morning 8 inches of snow!! Needless to say driving about town is like driving on a skating rink and no one ventures out unless it is really necessary. The weather is supposed to start warming up on the weekend...hopefully they are right.
Even with the bad weather we had about 80 trick or treaters on Halloween.....usually we have about 175 though. Needless to say they all got extra treats!!

SunnyD...I can really relate to your problems...my mother and my aunt both have diverticulitis so I feel for what you are going through and what you have to deal with.

Willow I have been reading the SBD and would like to give it a try ....hopefully I have the willpower you do. DH has an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon Dec 4 for disc problems in his back so my prayers will be with you both.

Sheila I will also say a prayer for your cousins.

There just seems to have been so much heartache this year for so many people, hopefully 2004 will be a much better.

Hi to Charlotte, Bluet, Fatpuss and everyone I have missed.

Its good to be back!

Jacquie

A very good morning to you JACQUI ~ So glad you are able to come back... I know we don't know one another too well, but I know that the ohters sure missed you

I am feeling so much better now that I am back into my Curves exercise classes. I always feel so well after I have a bad attack - so strange. Maybe it's because what ever was festering is now out of my system - who knows for sure, but it is something I have to live with. It's in my family also. I am just glad that the infection in gone and I am feeling like ME again

So good to see someone here! It has been pretty quiet on 'all the threads' the last few days... must be the time change getting to everyone.

Morning SHEILA So glad you get a kick out of my pics... I so enjoy taking pictures!!! It has become a great hobby of mine. Now... ... when I go to family parties and functions they ask me to take the pictures for them too - fun!

I will definately keep your cousins in my prayers! Jacqui is right... it does seem like I have been doing allot of praying this year! So much cancer and other illnesses these days. I too hope that 2004 brings us all much JOY, HEALTH & WELL-BEING!

Hey there WILLOW ~
Okay - the Ricotta Desserts: I use a bit of orange zest and orange flavoring with splenda (I use Splenda each of the different desserts), I also have lemon falvoring, using the zest, and I have peanut-butter flavoring & add the mini chocolate chips (just a few sprinkled on top), and maple flavoring (my fav!!!) with slivered almonds on top, vanilla extract, almond extract (use very lightly - it's strong!) with slivered almonds on top (another fav of mine ) and coconut flavoring. There ya go Hope you enjoy!! Maybe make them in smaller portions - just in case there's a flavor you don't enjoy to much. I got allot of these flavorings at a specialty store, so I hope you will be able to find what you are looking for. But most grocery stores will carry allot of them.

WoW! 2 1/2 hours in the pool! Did your skin look like a raisin I bet you didn't sleep well because of the lack of carbs in your diet... I did the same thing! I sleep lightly to begin with and have bouts of insomnia so when I was totally no carb I couldn't sleep well at all... but in Phase 2 where I have a bit more carbs with the fruit and veggies and whole grained breads or cereals I sleep much better. Soon you should be in Phase 2 and then maybe you will sleep better.

Boy-o-boy, did your soup sound wonderful!!! I think I will make up a pot too With our temps getting colder again that will hit the spot! Glad you enjoyed my kitty picture too - they bring me so much JOY!

Well, I have bill's to be paid today and a day to begin, so you all have a great one!!!! I meet my girlfriend, Peggy, on Thursday's for lunch and then we go grocery shopping together... makes it fun.

Morning ANGEL, PUSS & BLUET!!
