Walked for 1 hour this morning before work again today. Actually ran 1 block.
Need prayers about my food intake, Start good in the morning but something goes arye by lunch.

I will pray for you about your food. Keep busy and do allot of self talk. The more you tell yourself what you can have today and what you cannot the easier it will get.

I have never been so glad to get wet.The next class is Thursday and I will see if I will go again or stick to my own workout. I know my body hurts so bad. I will do my normal gym routine tomorrow.
Went to the gym tonight. I did the treadmill and the bike. I am still very sore. I hope I can get through the class again tomorrow. I will go.
