Down 2 more pounds on weigh in day. I started Body Beast yesterday which means I have to up my calories to keep up with the calorie burn and muscle recovery (according to the calculations I will need 1900 calories/day at a 50/25/25 macro ratio). As a result I may not meet my original calorie goal tomorrow, which is my last day for this 21 day cycle.

Hi! May I join you all on this? I've been trying to find a thread where I could have daily accountability. I like the idea of a 21 day (s) to form a habit.

New goal for the next 21 day increment: Follow the Body Beast Lean Beast program and shoot for between 1600 and 2000 calories. This is perfect because the 1st phase of the Lean Beast workout is 3 weeks. I will start tomorrow as today rounds out my 21st day of the current goal set.
SW for this 21 day period= 161.
