  • I took a few days off from posting here but I'm back. I lost another pound and need to stick with it. I'm still doing the Lean Beast Program and I'm on Day 2 of Block 2, Week 2 today.

    Goal: continue Lean Beast workout and add additional cardio. Stay between 1600 and 2000 calories 6 days/week. Stay under 2300 calories on cheat day.
