OK, coming to my senses again. I hope......

Lamest excuse you will ever hear.... I started cooking food to give my doggies. And being as it was all healthy stuff, I took some tastes. And some more. Made doggie bread of cornmeal, brown rice, quinoa and whole wheat flower. Well, they sure liked it, gotta say that, but I wasn't supposed to

Could not figure the calories of it but am sure it was over the 1900. For 3 or four days. No logging on those days. First days I missed logging in 4 months. Oh well.

Yesterday was OK and so has today been so far here @ 10:00 pm. And I decided to get back in here and the other challenges and get back witht the program.

So this will be my new 1st day of my new challenge which will be 100 calories under the last.... 1800 max.

I am getting a lot of consistency from these challenges and will be counting until Saturday, which will put me at 20 days. I will be staying in the thread indefinitely and starting my new 21-Day-Challenge on Sunday.
