    I'm still in Boot Camp , so I can't post any tickers yet. I can't wait for that.

    Kifli...I see you're almost there. Wow, and we're the same height....I claim that .25 of an inch.
    I would like to be 5'4", I don't think that's going to change unless they put me on the rack.

    Feeling good! I expect I'll hover around 194-195 the next couple weeks though I might fall more quickly than that. We'll see. I've given thought to some eating strategies for the next week as it's going to be a busy one. I've been doing a good job drinking lots of water this weekend. Lemon water this morning, tasty. I'm excited for a hike today. Have a good one, everyone.

    Still hanging at 159. Last week was a success because it involved two social events and a weekend of travel plus travel food(and no weight gain!). MY plan is to FOCUS on eating well and to up the exercise this week.

    I'm starting Fitness Blender 8 week Fat loss Program (Meals/Exercise) and see where that takes me this month.
    I bought a ton of fruit & veggies this morning, and did the first work out tonight. Problem is, my husband asked if I we could go to dinner tonight. I split my meal with him, but there was a TON of salt (and probably calories) in that dish! Expecting a rise tomorrow.

    Mossy - I got measured one time, and I was told I'm actually 5'2. I pretended I didn't hear that and have remained 5'3 all of my life

    Good day to all of you, I've set my intention and I'm going to follow through with some form of exercise even though a raging blizzard is outside my door.

    I'm not exercise obsessed by a long shot. I can't get where I'm going by sitting on the couch. I have to move.
