Ok so good news and bad news....good news....I've been counting and logging my calories on MFP for 5 days straight! So I'm getting back in the habit...bad news...i've been way over my calories

. I have still lost 1.2 lbs, was 1.8 but not the best weekend, so as long as I'm counting, I know i'll make small changes. I got some new clothes for my job and omg I'm so excited! I have this week left to figure out what types of snacks I'll get at the store for when I start. I have fiber one bars, and I have to get some other snacks....anyone have ideas of snacks for me to keep in my purse and desk? It's been so long since i've had to do that...at least at school I could eat whenever I wanted to, now I can't stuff my face while my boss is talking.
Also, this week lean cuisine frozen meals were on sale for 2 bucks! So that's what I'm eating for lunches to try and gain some regularity in my diet. They are pre counted out so If I can try and do that maybe i can lower my calories and get in a better habit. Plus we will see how I do this week so I can be prepared for next week when I start on what to pack for lunches. my biggest problem is sodium! I try not to take alot in but I end up taking in double! if you ladies have any advice on that I'd love to hear it!
