My contract expired on 4/1/09 but since I was so close to goal they let me continue for this month without resigning. My center goal weight is 160, my personal goal is 155. I have my stabilization appointment on 5/5/09 and I plan to be at 160 or below by then. My last WI was Tuesday and I was 3 lbs away, my home scale shows 161.6 this morning.

The other reason I'm happy is because I lost 2 1/2 pounds since Tuesday which puts me at 13 pounds so almost to 15! I also did body composition and I've lost 13 inches so more than a foot of my body is gone and I've lost no muscle mass or water only fat. i wish i cld afford to do more because i really think that it makes a difference in how much i lose. i bought a big tub of whey protein once a while back and was using it in the evenings to equal a third supplement and i was losing more before i ran out. i have used the cream chicken soup to make an actual chicken vegetable soup type thing. i wish they had a beef soup supplement cuz I'd jump all over that.
