One reason I WILL exercise today!

  • Because I wasn't in the mood and I'm stubborn.
  • I exercised today, because I got home from work in the middle of the night/morning from work and wanted to get in a quick 10 min yoga workout to wind down and relax. It worked.
  • I exercised today because... my weight is stuck, and I want to see that scale MOVE!!!
  • I WILL exercise today because my back doesnt hurt anymore!
  • Because I didn't run Monday, and when you only run 3 times a week, you CAN'T skip twice!
  • Because I gave myself no option.
  • OK, I will exercise today because
    - too much work is not an excuse if you're procrastinating
    - sore muscles are not an excuse for skipping cardio
    - I want to be back in top shape come March
    - I will feel better afterward!
  • because i am sucking so far in feb and i need to get my behind in gear
  • because the scale went up this morning and i am MAD
  • I exercised Sun, Mon, Tues, while on vacation, and exercised yesterday and today just to see if I can challenge myself, I need to up the intensity, scale is stalling and I don't want my body to think I'm done. Bring on "Challenge Mode"
  • I will exercise today because my muscle soreness is much better. And I will exercise because I don't want to break the chain of exercise days.
  • Because I'm enjoying challenging myself on the treadmill.
  • I'll exercise today because yesterday's exercise was a joke, and because I'm going to eat at a restaurant tonight for the first time in ages!
  • because i did it yesterday so i know i can do it again
  • Well said Nick Rose! I will exercise, because it makes me feel good, healthy and gives me more energy!
