I dropped a lb. today! Yes, finally! I am 209 today...and can't wait to get out of the 200's.
Thanks for the advice, Meowee. Yest. I just started exercise for my arms. I think I will add weights to some of these exercises soon. Thanks for mentioning that.
It's raining here today. The temp. for a while is suppose to stay in the 40's, so I can live with that.
You sure haven't had good weather lately, Meowee. Hope it straightens out soon.

morning on the go -- and I find that very comforting for Easter Sunday -- unfortunately it's also very windy and cold; but one out of three ain't bad. 
Sounds good if I say it quick enough and often enough.
