5'8, 167 and very much straight up and down body type. I can't wait until I actually can tell where my waist is. I wear 10 Jeans and Large tops... I can see myself going down maybe one more size by the time I get to goal for pants but find it hard to believe I will be any smaller than a large top.
I'm 5'5" on a good day and I fluctuate between 136 and 140lbs. Right now I have pants in sizes 6-12 that all fit (tho the 12s need a belt)...I think I'm between an 8-10 most places.
By my wrist measurement, I am small-medium framed. However, I think I am meant to have a certain amt of fat on me bc it is extremely hard for me to be less than 135. I am 24% body fat and that seems to be normal for me. Also, when I'm standing up, you can see my hip bones...I think my pelvis is large-framed even though the rest of me is small-medium framed (size 7.5-8 shoe) bc there isn't much fat there left to lose without looking gaunt, even though I could be healthy at 20%bf. A size 28 designer jean fits my skeleton...I just don't think I'll ever be that small, even if I am "small-framed". I'm spoon-shaped, so that might have something to do with it.

That's really interesting. Apparently I'm medium framed (but just barely)...I always assumed I was large framed. Maybe I'll have to adjust my goal a little bit...lol.
I'm 5'8" and I'm now 211 lbs...and I'm down to a size 18 now! Feels great to be back below 20 again.
I'm 5'4", 154 lbs and I seem to wear an 8-10 pants depending on style and a 12 or large top (broad shoulders and a D cup) again depending on the style and brand.
Just to chime in... I'm 5'8" 280 lbs currently (thanks prednisone!) Large or 1X shirt and size 20 pants, but they're tight. Pretty sure I fit into the large frame category as my lowest adult weight was 120 and very ill/skeletal at that weight. I have tentatively set a goal weight of 150-170, adjustable as I drop inches because I know my healthy good looking weight is somewhere in that range. Body type is very hourglass with an extra amount of sand on the bottom lol.
I'm a little over 5 ft but not quite 5' 1" and I'm hovering around 200. I made it under 200 the other day but I went back up 2 lbs because I had a lot of sodium on Sunday. I wear a size 16 jeans from Old Navy and they are big but some other 16s are fine. I'm excited for when I can wear my size 14s again but of course ultimately I'm excited to wear whatever size it might be when I reach a comfortable weight. There's a girl in one of my classes that's about my height and around the weight I want to be with a similar build and she wear's 0-2 and sometimes even kids sizes 12-14 so we'll see I guess.
Thanks for making that comment "takes so much to drop 1 pant size at the beginning, but easier later" I have never been small so I don't know, but gosh I thought it was odd that in a 20ish pound range I haven't changed sizes, but then I try and measure that down to friends at 135 lbs and I think I'll never be a 8 or 6 with the lack of changing sizes!

You didn't mean by the posted chart did you? Because it's for elbow width, not wrist circumference. My wrist circ is a lot more than double the "medium" elbow width. I'm sure that's not what you meant. I've never seen a chart for wrist width (which may not mean much!). And I don't think anyone has a wrist circ double the "medium" range (in other words, around 12.5 inches!).
A hair under 3"--equivalent to a large-boned man over 6 feet tall. No, I knew it wasn't wrist circumference.
With my bone structure I *should* be well over 6 feet, everyone else in my family is. My dad's 6'4", grandfather and uncles even taller. I had a lot of ear infections/tonsillitis as a child and I think it stunted my growth.
My wingspan in almost 6'3" and it should be my height, 5'8". My wrist circumference is almost 7", when I was 370 it was almost 9". My ankles are 12"--a tad swollen, but still would be over 11" even if they weren't swollen. I think I qualify as large framed using any system of measurement. The upside is, I could squeeze into size 16 jeans at 250 lbs. Now some of these 16 are floating on me and I should be in 14s real soon. (None of my friends believe I'm over 200 lbs unless I step on the scale in their presence. Being big-boned definitely has its advantages.)
