I'm 5'8. 237 lbs. 16/18 pants, 14/16 (and one very forgiving size 12 LOL) top. Measurements 44.5 - 37.5 - 46. I have a lot of muscle, heavy bone structure, huge hands and feet.
I have a couple friends also losing weight and they tell me I look like I weigh about 190. I have another friend who's 5'5, 189 lbs and I am a full size smaller than she is.
Starting size, August 13, 2008, 370ish lbs, 30 top, 32 pant. Specifically, too large to shop at Lane Bryant. When I started, the tape measure would not go all the way around my hips, so 60-something inches. I've lost more than 20 inches off my hips alone--almost 2 feet.
I can wear one pair of stretch 12s.. mostly 14s and a few 16s. Tops anywhere from Medium to XL depending on the shirt.
(Started at 3x/26/28!)
I think my size is fairly low for my weight for 2 reasons... I work out a lot (muscle) and my arms and legs aren't skinny I tend to carry my weight evenly. Which sounds like a nice thing but honestly I think my thick arms make me look heavier then I am.
Im 5'8" 1/2 and I weigh 277. I am squeezing into 18 jeans at the moment but wear an 18 slack and other comfy. I refuse to buy 20's. I were a 14/16 top at Lane Bryant and XL most places. (I have small boobs and thunder thighs) =)
I'm 5'3" and now 115 lbs. I can wear size 0, 1, 2 and size 14/16 in little girls pants (the length is great, LOL). I can also wear size xs and small tops. I think its time to quit losing (I've said this over and over) and start toning up. Oh, forgot to add my highest weight was 215.
I find sizing very fickle too. The thing I wear that is most consistent are scrubs. The ones I have on ready for work are an xsmall. I'm hovering between my smalls that are kinda getting baggy and xsmalls that are kinda snug.
So ... 5'3", 146 this morning and somewhere in the vicinity of 4,6,8.
5'5" (and a HALF!), 155 - 156, last time I went shopping a month ago, I fit into 10s. At my highest (172), a snug 12. Although I just bought a dress online in a size 6 based on the measurements, I don't think I'm there just yet with pants/jeans and shirts...
I just started my new healthier lifestyle 3 weeks ago (255 lbs). The following clothing sizes are from when I started. I am wearing the same clothes (do not want to buy new clothes yet) but after losing 15 lbs they obviously don't fit the same.
I'm 5'5, 177 and wear a 14 in jeans can fit into a tight 12 but my dress slacks are a bit snug in 14. My tops are mostly XL, some L. I have a big pooch so I like my shirts big to try to hide it.
I'm 5 ft. 9 in. tall, not sure on the body shape....I wear a small to medium top, depending on the store (4-6 in number sizes) and pants at either a 4 or 6, also depending on the store....
I started at 220+ in a size 16 on the bottom and an XL or 16/18 on top...
