I can relate to the struggles. I've lost and regained so many times. Every time I tell myself that this time I will keep on doing what works - weighing every day, checking in here every day, etc, and every time I get frustrated and give up. So I don't know what the answer is. But it's certainly ok to come on here and vent and share your frustrations because we all have them.
I also have a new goal. I've gone back to work full time, and my new office has a business casual dress code. I have plenty of clothes from my previous life - but none of them fit! So I'm going to try to get back there over the next six months - I was around 125 lbs back then...

Total Loss for Week Three:

I hope that you have a fantastic week and that your back feels better. I love how you were able to have some fries and mac and cheese and not go overboard, I do not do well with moderation like that at all! Nice drop as well!! You are doing awesome and I have no doubt your A1C numbers are going to look great in June for your appointment.
on being the lowest weight in the past 5 years, you are rocking this!!!

I hope we're both able to redirect some focus back onto our health before we slip any further into the struggle...it can be hard sometimes, but I feel like just coming back and posting about it has helped, as well. I hope it helps you, too! I know I was afraid I was always saying the same things with the ups and downs and plateauing and would get annoying to others while I've been stuck, but everyone here really is quite kind and understanding. And, knowing that you were struggling with the same thing makes me happy that I said something so that you know you're not the only one...I hope you're able to get back on track this week and come back to posting more often, as well.
To kfunk, I hope you get your whoosh soon, and to momtopands, I hope you hit your new decade soon!
No pun intended, lol. Any efforts, no matter how small they may feel in comparison to what you're used to doing, will get you back on track a lot faster than waiting until you feel motivated enough to make bigger commitments. Keep at it, and you will get there.
