I moved on Monday. Sis, baby, and I are in a really small town 2 hours from where dh and I live. I came home for a few days before school starts next week.
Had the nasty flu for a couple of days, which helped keep me OP. As of this morning when I got on the scale I am back down to my lowest since dd's birth!!
(That reminds me, I better change that!) Now I just have to work hard and keep it off, and slowly but surely lose the rest. I think it will be a little easier, living in a smaller community. The first time I lost weight I was interning in a small town and lost 60lbs in about 5 months. Not much to do but walk! I also think I will dress for my PE classes (that I am teaching) to motivate me to be more active all day long! I know even just getting ready at school this week I have walked a ton. I wish I had thought to wear my pedometer to school!
How is everyone doing with their challenge?
I don't think I can lose 8lbs in a week, but I will do what I can to get as close as possible to my goal!
